I am constantly amazed by the pockets of neighborhoods in NYC and the extremely different mood that each evokes.  You can almost never get bored in this city!  One of my new favorite spots is the Iris Cafe in my hood - Brooklyn Heights.   Aside from getting a great cup of coffee, you get to experience the incredibly cool environment - and good organic food.    Today, I called one of favorite and most-talented friends - Chris and he was fortunately able to meet me for what turned into a couple of hours of great food and great conversation - oh, did I neglect to mention their great and adorable staff?
